At OGLmove, we want you to love your sustainable style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Simply ensure your items are unworn and unwashed with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while it travels back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
